I am actaully suprised on how stupid a design for applications can be... I mean WHAT? how is it so difficult and weird, to apply just color/material? And the fact they dont do anything at all about it. As soon as a program with the same sculpting abilties as zbrush, i will immediatly switch, and that day will come.

It’s weird in this day and age there’s still poor souls sitting in front of a computer doing these things when AI should be leveraged for menial tasks.

Just know that so far, nomad is created with the artist in mind. Taking feedback from the artist who use it. Maxon is turning zbrush into a money grab using its name to swindle the user base. If this is subscription, I’m good. They don’t want perpetual users anymore. I’ll pass. I used to love zbrush too.

My question is, how do you keep the size of everything including the model locked like it is in Blender while being able to move around the model as you please? If I zoom in and out of the model or move it, I end up having to reposition everything again to line up with the reference images. I don't have to do this in Blender. Is this user error or is this the way ZBrush works? Edit: I got the image in, but not it appears stretched. Anyone know how to get your reference image onto the plane without it appearing stretched?

Hi. I like to learn more about 3D animation so I am learning Maya right now but I heard that Zbrush is better for sculpting organic models and Maya is better for modelling/rigging/animation. Is this true? for characters, is it better to use Zbrush and then import it into Maya for animation/texturing?
